In the acquisition market, we will use our extensive knowledge of the neighbour hoods, areas, and prime locations that are in high demand in South Africa’s city centre to optimally inform our acquisition strategy.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
In the property development market, we will focus on residential flat conversions and property refurbishments within the city centres, maximising value and return by refurbishing, reconfiguring, and redesigning properties both inside and out
EASING AND RENTAL
In the leasing and rental market, our focus will be on providing medium- to long-term tenants with affordable, conveniently-situated, upmarket spaces with exceptional amenities. We will use both our internal sales team and letting agents in the sale, lease, and rental of units.
RETAIL MARKET
In the retail market, we will focus on securing retailers that add value for our tenants, increasing foot traffic into our properties. We will therefore focus primarily on food, clothing, and health and wellness brands (such as gyms).
